Comprehensive support for pregnant and parenting adolescents empowers students to stay in school, become good parents, delay subsequent pregnancy, and break the cycle of generational poverty. Participants attend weekly "Healthy Lifestyles" Classes, covering topics from infant care to smart relationship skills to college and career development. Home visits and one-on-one mentoring are also essential parts of the program. For a limited time, you can get your own personal coach who will help you create a personal healthy life plan for a successful future.

Adolescent Family Life Program AFLP addresses the social, health, educational, and economic consequences of adolescent pregnancy by providing comprehensive case management services to pregnant and parenting teens and their children.

We provide one to one case management services that center around YOUR goals. We are able to provide you with health education and connect you to community resources, and also provide small group activities in the form of workshops and events. As an AFLP participant you will also hear about our scholarship opportunities.
