The game chronologically continues two months after where the first game ended. Liberation is currently the only game in the Killzone series to have a T rating from the ESRB, as all other entries in the series have been rated M for Mature.
There are two components for playing a psp Killzone: Liberation game on your PC. The first component is the emulation program which can imitate the psp OS and software. Step 1: you can start by downloading a reliable and bug free emulator. Your emulator will now be ready to play Killzone: Liberation.
A ROM is essentially a virtual version of the game that needs to be loaded into the emulator. Navigate to the downloaded. The game will now run on the emulator and you can play the game freely.
But just when you thought you had squeezed all such action out of your Killzone: Liberation UMD, along comes a gargantuan 80MB update for the game, which is set to give you much more than you bargained for. Best of all, it's free. Granted, the update still features lots of soldiers, lots of guns and lots of killing, but it really is no pipsqueak in the downloadable content stakes. There are four new missions, adding up to around two hours of extra gameplay.
Continuing on from where the storyline left off at the end of full-price game, these missions take place on all-new terrain and they incorporate some unfamiliar vehicles, too. There's even a reward for completing these additional single-player missions — you're hooked up with the official Killzone site to get your bloody hands on yet more downloadable goodies. Not that the new pack is just about the new single-player missions, mind.
